About me helping you.

Maybe you're stuck. Overwhelmed or anxious. Hurting. Unsure how to make your relationship(s) work or feel fulfilling anymore. Maybe you've felt like this for a long time.

I get it. You need to heal from old wounds. Maybe learn how to set better boundaries and gain tools to cope, to thrive. Feel optimism and confidence again. Not have the same arguments over and over with your partner(s) or family that leave you feeling unseen and misunderstood.

You're in the right place. No more coming in last on your priority list. You can feel seen and heard again. Learn how to manage conflict well and feel connected.

I'm trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness-based therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method. I know when to use each modality so that you can get the most out of therapy and reach your goals.

With the therapies I offer, I will help you keep the parts of you and your relationship(s) that you love and help you heal the parts that are stressed out, anxious, disconnected, withdrawn, hurting, burnt out, and dissatisfied.

You can gain the confidence and tools to navigate your daily life and relationships with integrity, compassion, and healthy boundaries. And, I can help you get there.

My identity and who's welcome here.

I'm a white, cis, hetero-passing, able-bodied, neurodivergent, middle-class woman who is focused on the work of decolonizing my way of being in the world and how I see and make sense of the past, present, and future. I have benefitted from so much damn privilege in my life and still do. It's critical for me to recognize that fact, but far more important that I continue to seek out this decolonization work every, single day so that I am not relying on folx in marginalized communities to take on additional emotional and mental labor on my behalf. I'm a feminist and an anti-hate, anti-racist, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming counselor, celebrating the beauty of all supportive and loving relationships, including ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and open relationships.

Whether we work together in individual or couples' therapy, you can expect me to call out racism, sexism, ableism, transphobia, queerphobia, misogyny and anti-Indigenous hate and erasure when I see it. More than that, you can expect me to expect you, me, and everyone around us to do better.
